Membership Terms & Policies
Commitment & Billing
HAVEN memberships require a 12-month commitment, after which your membership continues month-to-month. There are no membership fees. Tax is included where applicable. Late or missed payments will restart your 12-month commitment period.
Cancellation
Members who cancel before completing their 12-month commitment will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and will forfeit any remaining balance in their client wallet. Memberships cannot be shared, paused, or transferred. Member pricing and promotions cannot be combined with any other offer. All discounts are applied to regular pricing.
