• Monthly payment plans: Treatments and products are divided and banked monthly.

• Annual payment: The full yearly allotment is available immediately.

• All memberships require a 12-month commitment, then convert to month-to-month.

• Tax not included.

Policies

• Early cancellation before completing the 12-month commitment results in 50% return of remaining funds.

• Memberships are non-transferable (no sharing).

• If payment is late, missed, or membership is canceled, the 12-month commitment restarts.

• Memberships cannot be paused.
